In order to proceed, we would be grateful if you could provide us with a little bit more information about your company by filling in the application form below and sharing any other background information you deem useful for our Board to review your application.

Our members will be asked to vote to approve your membership upon the receipt of the application form. A two-thirds majority is required to admit new members.

Categories

Ordinary

• Companies that manufacture and sell laminated flooring under their own responsibility (Category A: sold above 15 million square meters of laminate flooring in the last calendar year; Category B: sold up to, and including, 15 million square meters of laminate flooring in the last calendar year)
• Have registered offices and production in Europe
• A holding company can also be a member if a company in its group fulfils the membership requirements
• Approved with 2/3 majority vote by AGM
  

Associate

• Companies that are suppliers to the laminate flooring industry
• Registered office can be outside Europe
• Approved with 2/3 majority vote by AGM

Affiliate

• Companies that have stopped manufacturing laminate flooring but continue to sell products of Ordinary members
• Companies which operate as distributors of laminate flooring of Ordinary members
• Associations representing customers or trade partners
• Fairs, in particular trade fairs
• Registered office inside Europe
• Approved with 2/3 majority vote by AGM
