Dear members of the Market and Image Committee,

The next meeting of the M&IC Committee will be held in Brussels on Thursday 14 September. The meeting will start at 09:00 CEST and conclude at 13:00 CEST, with a light sandwich lunch at 12:00 CEST. Kindly note that this meeting will be held in-person only. We will discuss several market issues affecting the sales of laminate floors (dumping of Turkish laminate, conflict wood from Russia, etc.). We have invited a lawyer specialised in trade defence to present the next steps in case EPLF decides to move forward with a dumping complaint (against Turkish laminate sold in the EU). We will also present the focus of the association work for 2024.

Finally pleased note that we will hold a dinner in Brussels the night before, on Wednesday 13 September at 19:00 CEST at The Iris (inside The Hotel Brussels). For accommodation, we suggest the following hotels in the area: Jam, The Hotel and Made in Louise.
